We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in the Soho area of Palermo. The location is superb, right in the center of Palermo Soho, which is known as the funkiest part of the city. We were surrounded by trendy shops, excellent restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, and we never ran out of new places to explore.
Families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay will find this hotel to be an excellent choice.

The fact that it was in the centre of the gay district was a plus. It is surrounded by restaurants with very laid back people. It was easy to get anywhere from there by taxi (cheap taxis). The staff spoke english. The staff helped with any query i had.
The rooms had no windows however i had the top room with a large entrance into my room with banana lounge chairs and a large sun roof.

location, small, quiet, attractive, rooms well equipped
need better shade on hallway door for privacy (door has glass upper portion). A/C a little noisy, toilet flapper kept hanging up, wireless signal poor in room

A very charming boutique hotel in a perfect location. The staff were lovely and helpful. I would have loved to have stayed longer. The breakfast selection was complete with everything. A very enjoyable stay and I loved the jacuzzi. The rooms are not huge but probably par for the course in this area, but more than enough.

I had an amazing experience staying in this hotel located in a beautiful neighborhood. the location was perfect, with nice shops, restaurants, and bars just a short stroll away. the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious bed and a balcony that offered a lovely view. the breakfast provided was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a great hotel to stay in and I highly recommend it.
The towels in the room didn't seem to be too fresh, which was a minor drawback.

Excellent, attentative staff, boutique style, location, location, location
Walls were thin, and transom windows made for some noise in adjoining rooms and hallway

The hotel was friendly and clean. The room was quite small, but functional. The location in Palermo is brilliant - probably on the best street in the area.

Perfect Location and Great Service
During my Christmas getaway, I stayed at this hotel and it was amazing. The location was so perfect that I had access to many shops, restaurants, and bars. The ATM and Starbucks nearby were really helpful for our financial needs. the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. The free room Wi-Fi was also a plus.
The room was a bit worn down with some paint chipping and minor mold in the bathroom. , there were limited amenities available to use, which could be a problem for some travelers.

Very frustrating experience. Nothing is really good in the hotel itself. Only the location meets expectations.
Site pictures very deceiving. Rooms and hotel facilities are not even close to what the pictures of the site show. No working phone in the room. No desk available, nowhere to sit or even use a laptop. No windows in the room. Walls with mold and need painting. Breakfast very modest and available only from 8:30 AM. And to finish, I had the hotel originally booked for 2 nights and obviously decided to leave after one. The hotel staff was rude and tried to charge 2 nights.

Location right in the centre of Palermo. Great for restaurants, bars, shopping.
We stayed in a standard room. Small. No windows. Shower and bath inside room leading to a damp smell. Tedy design. Great if you're in your twenties. Less good if you're looking for comfort, space and light.

The location of the hotel was perfect, amidst several blocks of cool stores, art galleries, restaurants and cafes. The hotel staff was really welcoming and efficent. The breakfast was complete with fresh fruit, coffee, milk, eggs, cheese, ham and an assortment of breads, jams and dulce de leche. We stayed in the Soho suite, a very spacious room, with a lovely balcony. The room also had a jacuzzi and was beaultifully decorated in a boho chic theme. We definetely recommend the hotel!
All being said, we'd like to notice that although the hotel is clean, some details in the decoration and facilities do need improvement in their maintenance such as the wallpaper in our room (with edges coming off the walls) and floor of the bathroom (stains which might look like mildew or water leaks). However, if you're not a picky guest/traveler you won't even notice (we did because my sister is a picky traveler and kept pointing out all the details - but also she and her husband stayed at The blue Soho hotel and all in all granted it as a satisfying experience).
